First of all, let’s first see what pro ana diets are. The pro-anorexia lifestyle is linked to promoting and imitating the behaviors of those suffering from anorexia nervosa, an eating disorder.

There is no such thing as a pro ana diet for weight loss. There are different meal plans followed by many pro-ana dieters and people with eating disorders. Based on my research on various pro-ana websites and forums, there are meal plans you can follow:

The Label Diet

The Labelle diet is a condensed version of the Ana Boot Camp diet, which lasts for 40 days instead of the usual 50 days. It has more fasting days and calorie variations. This is a more “doable” diet, as it comes with greater caloric restrictions, with days where you consume between 100 and 800 calories. However, there are double fast days, so you must be prepared for them. Otherwise, you can limit yourself to 50 or 100 calories to stay safe if you can’t fast that long. After 40 days, you can lose up to 20 pounds or more!

The ABC Diet

If you’ve been following the pro-ana lifestyle for a while, then you’re familiar with the ABC diet, known as the Ana Boot Camp. It’s one of the most popular diets to follow because it’s comprehensive and incredibly helpful. However, it is very difficult and few people recover from it.

This strenuous diet will provide you with between 50 and 500 calories a day, with fasting every few days. Extreme calorie restriction will cause you to lose at least 20 pounds after completing the 50 days. You can eat anything on this diet, but make sure you stay within your limit.

The Five Bites Diet

Think of it like mental gastric bypass surgery, where people staple their stomachs to feel full after just a few bites. However, this will require a lot of self-control, as you will only consume five bites of whatever food you have.

I recommend that you follow this diet:

Breakfast: five bites of oatmeal

Lunch: five bites on a sandwich

Dinner: Five bites of pasta

It’s best to consume plenty of water or calorie-free beverages to stay energized and hydrated while on the diet. Freshly squeezed lemon juice can also work great!

The vegan diet model

The Vegan Model Diet is another effective and restrictive diet suitable for those following the vegan lifestyle. Think of it as the usual meal plan templates you’ll follow to get a flat stomach without meat!

Breakfast: a low-calorie bagel and two cups of black coffee with no-calorie sweeteners.

Lunch: A large apple

Dinner: Eight small carrots

The Anna Atkins Diet

It is a personal version of the Atkins diet, which is similar to the ketogenic diet. Just make sure you avoid mistakes on the keto diet and eat plenty of carbs from fruits!

Lunch: Roasted chicken leg and a cup of leaf salad

Snack: 50 grams of shrimp with garlic and chili

Dinner: grilled sirloin steak and a cup of leaf salad

You might think it’s a lot to consume, but it’s great for burning fat fast. On the third day, your appetite decreases and your body uses ketones for energy.

The Russian Gymnast’s Diet

Irina Tschachina is a 5’6 Russian gymnast who weighs just 99 pounds. I wonder how she does it? Here is a diet you can follow for better weight loss and better health. Those who follow this diet for a week can lose up to ten kilos!

Breakfast: A glass of apple or squeezed orange

Lunch: Natural product salad with a glass of organic product juice

Dinner: Green apple and a glass of pure water.

Make sure your juices are freshly squeezed and free of artificial sweeteners.

Baby diet

It is quite an interesting diet, as it involves the consumption of baby food, which is rich in vitamins and nutrients. I recommend that you buy organic and plant-based baby foods, which contain fewer calories and more vitamins.

You can have child nourishment for breakfast, lunch, and supper. Or you can have a healthy breakfast and baby food for lunch and dinner. Be sure to get the 80-gram bottles, which are designed for weaned babies.

• Small meals are also recommended, which can trick the body into thinking it is eating enough to stay full and energized throughout the day.

• If you want to stay energized while dieting, it’s best to find a diet buddy or look in the mirror, which will keep you motivated.
